I love the AC series, but this preview and the Polygon preview show me the parkour and fighting mechanics have regressed. Ubi should have done MUCH better with this game as they scaled it down to focus on the gameplay. Canceled my pre-order...will buy it on the black friday discount.
As much as I love odyssey, i feel like valhalla took many steps backward. I like the thought of having both an rpg and old school stealth action version of AC but this does look a bit underwhelming. I think the devs heard everyone complaining on the rpg direction and took that to mean we all wanted ac 1 with visual upgrades...
Doesn't sound too innovative, but then, some people don't want innovative from this series.

Cost me £25, such a bargain and with the length I'll probably even make a profit on it when I'm done 😂
