Lol, the PC version fits just fine in a 100 Gig Ultra Blu-ray disk... I knew it was all bull when some people here were claiming that BG3 would need 3 disks for a physical PS5 version.
Print Bauldur's Gate 3 on disk just like BG1 and 2 for PS4 and I'll buy BG3 immediately. Until then I will wait on purchasing BG3.
I'm confused with what you're saying. The game is digital only. What are you talking about discs for at all? And besides, virtually no games play off of discs anymore anyways. The read speeds are way too slow.
We were discussing this topic in a different article where I wrote that I would only buy a physical version of this game precisely because BG3 is mostly digital only so far.
Some other user here claimed that BG3 would need 3 disks to run on PS5 due to its size but that's obviously not true.
It's clear to me that physical versions of games still sell well enough to warrant a physical version. I won't buy BG3 until there is a physical version. The disk read speeds for Blu-rays are still too slow which is the only reason games must be installed in modern times. The point is that disks still mostly work as the always have in terms of ownership, that's why physical disk versions are so sought after by physical videogame supporters such as myself.
Also there is a physical version of BG3 in the works in Japan as that other user reminded me, so you're mistaken about it being difital-only which is technically not really accurate.
So many games to play. I hope someone does a run of physical copies for this. These are the type of games I love to own for my lifetime.
Leaked online? Article: 20 mins ago.
I've been playing it on PS5 for the last two hours when it launched, hardly a leak.
lol is this a joke? preload been for ages. trophy list is same as steam list and everyone who bought it has been playing it for hours already
That is not true I just download the game on my ps5 it is about 97gb.
Now THIS is a proper RPG.
