Is it all that hard to make a sequel game set after the events of lord of the rings with a new threat instead of rehashing the same story beats and villains?
I can only assume it's to do out of respect wat Tolkein established? I mean dont get me wrong, they've changed stuff and all that before, so who knows exactly.
Embracers been kinda...just here and there for me. Hoping they have a big hitter in the works. I still don't know if they're good or bad for gaming lol.
I gather, we'll "feel" their presence more with Tomb Raider, Legacy of Kain, and the LOTR stuff. They have a ton cooking but some are smaller scale that's why.

5 dimensional chess lol
Ngl there has always been a severe lack of Lord of the rings games. AAA RPG in this world would be amazing.
