MW3 was a let down, i hope this one bring back the old IW magic

from what im hearing this is on of the main problems in the programming industry. managers and business people being in charge of workers when the do not know the work themselves. you wouldnt see this in other fields where workers taking orders from some manager without the same credentials as them. truthfully im happy they stood up for themselves

Developers are bitching about not making enough money from games, when they need spaces as big as plane hangers, and have more luxury at their work place than I have at my home. I understand haveing a healthy and inviting work place is important, but it seems like there are corners that could be cut in a lot of places at these big developers.
