The Queen throws a childrens party
Both the Queen and Winnie the Pooh are 80 this year and there's going to be a big childrens party (2000 kids!) at the palace in July to celebrate British chidrens literature. Apparently Bob the builder is to build the stage.
Noddy, Mary Poppins, Harry Potter and many other characters will be there. Also Jamie Oliver who as far as i know isn't particularly fictional.
